As any owner of a wine of the month club can tell you, wine bottle design is a really specialized process that is only made possible by the very best graphic artists.

Given a wine bottle design project to someone who doesn’t work in wine regularly and frankly you’ll be missing many of the really important points to have your design approved.

Will a normal artist know which government warning has to be included? Will they know that the alcohol content has to be on the front of the bottle if the wine is bottled in California.  Personally speaking, while I can give this list to any artist, I’d rather hire someone who is both talented and already trained in wine bottle design!
